To satisfy the demands of unmanned transformer stations upon DC power supply's high precision, low ripple factor and maintenance-free battery's high quality and intelligent charging, the company has designed and developed a series of computer DC power cabinet (shield), Capable of satisfying connection or disconnection of relay protectors, accidental loads, communications and various DC operating mechanisms at the normal and abnormal states and which are widely applied to such industries as power plants, transformer stations, metallurgies & mines, petroleum, chemical industries, radio broadcasting & television, post & telecommunications, traffic and buildings.
Main Features
High Reliability
Such series of product are of high adaptability and have less requirements upon power supply quality of AC electric network, which boast long service life (up to 20 years);
CYCK charging unit adopts LST and digital control technology to ensure accurate activation of the pulse phase and perfect waveform; Controllable silicon adopts high-power MFC module; Protector adopts 3-phase RC protective circuit.
CYCK charging unit adopts intelligent 4-stage charging mode (limited current equal charging--------rated voltage equal charging-------timing equal charging-----rated voltage fluctuating charging), the full charging is control with micro-computer, featuring high reliability against overcharging effectively. It can ensure the battery capacity and extend the service life of the battery.
Auto switching double-AC input enables the system to have double-AC inputs optional, featuring higher reliability.
Perfect multiple lightening protecting system shall ensure reliable operation of the power supply system in the lightening struck area.
Charging unit is provided with perfect protecting functions including AC disconnection, phase failure, under-voltage protection and DC output over-voltage, over-current, short circuit protection, which improves the reliability of the system greatly.
High Intelligence
CYCM monitoring system adopts large-size touch LCD in Chinese and English, featuring audio and light warning, friendly man-machine interface, easy and simple operation and maintenance.
CYCM monitoring unit is able to display and set up the system parameters, and makes fully automatic accurate control of the battery.
CYCM monitoring unit is able to monitor three-phase AC input voltage of the electric network, output current and working state of the charging units, power bus, control bus, voltage and current of the batteries, and make detection and warning in case of excess of upper and lower limits of AC voltage, power bus voltage, control bus voltage and battery voltage.
CYCM monitoring system adopts standard communication protocol as set forth by the Ministry of Electric Power (built-in with RTU/CDT/MODBUS for option), back up 1200BPS、2400BPS、4800BPS、9600BPS and can make convenient connection with automatic system via serial communication interface (RS232/RS485) to satisfy such four remote functions (as remote regulation, remote measurement, remote communication, remote control).
